Review of Sunshine and Storms

Sunshine and Storms by Susan Lenzkes
Wow!  This is such a great devotional book.  I wish more people would take the time to read this book.  The devotionals are easy to read and  will be a real source of encouragement!  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I liked the personal stories along with the Biblical references.  I thought the book was well thought out and offered some great advice on how to get through tough times.  I would recommend this book as a gift or just to have on the table by your bed!

Review of Over The Top

Over the Top by Russell Fralick
What an exciting book!  You do not have to be a rock climber or sports lover to enjoy this book.  The author does a good job of pulling you into his story.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I enjoyed the action and the personal account of his life.  I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to see how the Lord can direct your life even when you think all is lost.  Overall this was an enjoyable book, although I do not think I would read it again!

This is a perfect book to give as a gift to a special woman in your life (Mother, Grandmother, Best Friend, Sick Friend).  I liked the content of the book, easy to read prayers and perfect scripture references.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the author did a great job of honoring the Lord and directing you to Him during any difficult moment you might be dealing with.  I would recommend this book for any woman that is looking for encouragement in multiple areas in their lives.

What an awesome book to read while going through a difficult time.  It will help feed your soul when you just want to be left alone.  This book is a must have for every bookshelf.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I loved the tone of the book, loving and pointing you to scripture for answers.  I can’t say enough about how encouraging and uplifting the pages of this book are.  I would recommend the book as a gift for any one you know who is having a difficult time or may just need some encouragement.

Review of A Cup of Cold Water In His Name

This is such an easy book to read.  Most of the ideas are easy to implement into your life.  I liked how all this information is in one place and the book is easy to store and look through when you need inspiration.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the book did an excellent job of reminding its readers that helping others can be very simple to the complex but that we all should be trying!  Helping others will not feel so overwhelming after reading this.  You will come away with some great ideas and probably want to get started right away!

Review of Stranded by Dani Pettrey

Stranded by Dani Pettrey
This is book three in this series but I do not think you need to read the others to enjoy this book.  I liked the adventure as well as the romance.  This is a well written and very enjoyable book and that is why I gave it 5/5 stars.  The intrigue will keep you turning the page to see what will happen next.  The characters are well written and when the two main characters are interacting you can feel the tension and romance!  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian books that have detective work and some romance.

Review of Stopping Words That Hurt

Stopping Words That Hurt by Michael D. Sedler

The theme of this book is pretty simple, words are powerful and can change a persons’ life.  Stopping Words That Hurt is an updated version of a book this author wrote years ago.  The principles he writes about are still very relevant and this book is definitely worth reading.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  I thought the emphasis was mostly about the negative.  The book went into great detail about gossip and not talking to each other with negative words.  I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for ways to speak to others in a more positive way and needs a reminder of how much words can hurt others.

Review of Setting Boudaries for Women

Setting Boundaries for Women by Allison Bottke
This is an excellent book and a must read for ALL women!  Please buy this book, read it and share it with a friend.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the author did an excellent job of being open about her own personal struggles and ways she learned to overcome by using boundaries.  I liked the advice given.  From leaning on others to looking at what really matters in your life, you will learn where you need boundaries and how to set them up.  This book is perfect for the woman who does not know when to say no or let’s people take advantage of her because she wants everyone to like her.  I would recommend this book for all women and will definitely be reading this book again and again!

Review of Rescued by Brian Brown

Rescued by Brian Brown

If you enjoy the retelling of real life adventures, you will enjoy this book.  The author recounts a plane crash and does it so well you can picture everything he describes in your head.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the book was well written and did not contain any useless information.  What I mean by that is the whole book keeps you on the edge of your seat and thankful you are there and not on a plane!  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys real life stories, adventure stories, stories about planes and stories about impossible rescues.  A must read and I thoroughly enjoyed the book!

Review of The Outlaw's Redemption

The Outlaw's Redemption by Renee Ryan
I read this book in one sitting!  I enjoyed the characters right away and was rooting for the main male character, Hunter, within the first few pages.  The young girl in the story is written very well and adds a unique storyline to the book.  You will fall in love with her immediately.  The main woman character, Annabeth, is not as likeable until you get to know her characters history a bit.  I liked that about the story.  The characters develop and grow closer together as the story moves along.  Very much like a real life romance might.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I would recommend the book to anyone who enjoys short Christian fiction books with characters that are entertaining.

Review of Mistletoe Memories

 Mistletoe Memories by Jennifer AlLee

I thoroughly enjoyed these stories!  Set around the holidays they each will give you a bit of holiday cheer.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the stories were all well written and made me want to read more by the authors who wrote them.  I liked the time periods of each story and the descriptions were excellent without filling the pages with too much detail.  I would recommend this book to those who enjoy the simple Lifetime and Hallmark movies around the holidays.  I would definitely buy this book as a present for a friend, knowing that they will enjoy it!

Review of The Immigrant Brides Collection

The Immigrant Brides Collection by Irene Brand
There are multiple stories in the book and each one is unique.  I enjoyed each story and thought they were all well written.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I really liked how the stories included a diverse group of women.  I did not expect that when picking up the book. The women are all written with intriguing personalities and interesting story lines.  I would recommend this book for anyone looking for some small stories that are enjoyable to read.  You can choose to read one or a few and not spend too much time.  I highly recommend this collection and hope each author continues to write other stories like these!

Review of Couponing for the Rest of Us

Couponing for the Rest of Us by Kasey Trenum
Are you looking for a book to help you get started in saving money for your family?  Think it will be too time consuming or complicated?  If you have any interest in coupons and saving money in your monthly budget this book is a great buy.  The author uses her own life examples to help explain the different ways to save.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the author did a great job of simplifying the saving process.  She shows that even busy people can take a few minutes and save money every week.  I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a simple and easy to understand help book about saving your family money.

Review of The 40 Most Influencial Christians

The 40 Most Influential Christians by Daryl Aaron
This book was not very interesting and it took me awhile to get through it.  I gave the book 4/5 stars for a few reasons.  I would say this book is more of a textbook then a sit down and read for the enjoyment book.  I also thought some of the people chosen were not as influential as others.  There are so many great Christians to choose from that I was surprised at some that were chosen and written about.  If you are looking for a book about Christians and are willing to skim over some boring parts, you might enjoy the book more than I did.

Review of The Seven Powers of Success

The Seven Powers of Success by Charles Marshall
The author of this book, Charles Marshall, definitely has a heart for helping others succeed in life.  I liked how his personal stories all led to some kind of advice or hint on how to make your life better.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  This is not some magical book that lists these seven things that will automatically make you a success!  What the book does teach is how to move from failure to success and how to handle that success to help you in the future.  I liked the writing style of this author as well.  He is open about his struggles and also puts in bits of humor to keep the book moving along.  I would recommend this book for anyone looking to improve themselves and needing a little nudge to get started.

Review of Prayer Warrior

Prayer Warrior by Stormie Omartian
If you have not read any of the other prayer books by this author, Stormie Omartian, this particular book is a great one to start with.  If you have read some of her other books you know what you getting into!  There are a lot of helpful tips on how to become a better prayer warrior.  From whom we as Christians are fighting against every day to how to use prayer in that fight.  Once you know what you are up against your prayers can be more specific and therefore more helpful to your spirit.  Although I do not always agree with ideas she has about ways to pray or things to say in the prayers, I do think that prayer changes things.  That said this book gives you some great ideas on improving your prayer life as you deal with the complications of the day.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a more intense prayer life.

Review of In Pursuit of a Princess

In Pursuit of a Princess

I liked how this story developed.  It has suspense and a bit of romance as well.  The author did very well at keeping you interested in the story with great dialogue and intriguing characters.  The main character, Lara, is a princess and has to deal with the theft of expensive art.  The main male character is written as a photographer and his name is Gabriel.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the story moved from one scene to the next with ease and you wanted to keep reading to see what would happen next.  I also liked the characters which sometimes does not happen when reading a story.  You can easily cheer for the main characters to get together and be happy.  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys quick stories with intrigue and a little romance.

Review of Falling for the Teacher

Falling for the Teacher

This book was not a very happy or funny one.  The story follows a young woman who returns to her Grandparents home to help them all the while trying to overcome a traumatic event in her life.  How she becomes close to the male main character and then overcomes this event is the main plot.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  Although there were some parts that were uplifting, like the end, I did not especially enjoy the book.  I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a story that tackles difficult subjects and also includes meaningful relationships.

Review of The Real Deal on Love and Men

The Real Deal on Love and Men: Getting Smart About Dating, Romance, and Living Happily Ever After -
        By: Michelle McKinney Hammond

There is a lot of advice in this book!  Most of the helpful tips were easy to understand and implement.  I also liked that this book covered the different phases in life that women are interacting with men.  I felt that by covering the different relationships she was able to offer some well rounded and great advice.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I liked her writing style, which was not condemning in any way!  I would recommend this book to any woman looking to improve her relationships with the men around her.  I also would recommend any of her other book which are all helpful and well written!

Review of Plantation Christmas Weddings

Plantation Christmas Weddings

Don’t you just love sappy love stories around Christmas!  These 4 stories were such fun to read.  I liked that they had real life situations for the couples to deal with.  The writing on each story was excellent.  There was no part in any of the stories where I was bored or not entertained.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the authors did a good job of writing real to life characters.  I especially liked that each story was short and ended with a plausible ending.  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian romances set around Christmas time.

Review of The Jesus Story

The Jesus Story: Everything That Happens in the New Testament in Plain English

This book is the authors take on the story of Jesus based on scripture.  I thought the idea of the book was good.  Take all the events in the life of Jesus and present it like a story or history book for others to read.  I also thought the author’s writing style was easy to read and understand.  You can tell a lot of research and scriptural study went into writing this thought provoking book.  I think The Jesus Story would be a perfect gift for a new Christian or you could even use the book as a witnessing tool.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I would recommend it for any Christian to read.  I think it will give you a new perspective on the life and times of Jesus.

Review of California Romance

California Romance -
        By: Colleen Reece

This book is a three in one book, meaning there are three individual stories.  Most books that are like this one have the stories written by different authors, this particular book has all the stories written by one author.  The author, Colleen Reece, does a great job of entertaining with intelligent characters and interesting conversations.  I was drawn in to the stories from the first page.  I also really enjoyed the descriptions of the setting and time period.  They were expertly written.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I would recommend this book for anyone who enjoys Christian historical fiction stories.

Review of Break Out!

Break Out!: 5 Ways to Go Beyond Your Barriers and Live an Extraordinary Life

Anytime you read a book by Joel Osteen you will put it down feeling encouraged and ready to face any difficulty you are dealing with.  If, however, you are wanting an in-depth book about Biblical principles you might want to look elsewhere.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I liked the ease of reading this book, the author’s ideas and stories flow from one to the other.  I did think that some of the material was familiar, like maybe I had read some of the stories or ideas in one of his other books.  That said, it is still an enjoyable and uplifting read.  I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a few words of encouragement in their walk with the Lord.

Review of Are We There Yet

Are We There Yet? The Ultimate Road Trip: Adopting & Raising 22 Kids!

This is such an inspirational story!  This family is truly a family you can admire and strive to be more like.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  The story of their family is told with ease.  It is easy to follow and well written.  I was entertained, moved to tears and laughter and shown just how much love can really change a child’s life.  What a blessing this family is!  I would recommend this book to any family dealing with issues with their children.  I would also recommend it to anyone thinking of adopting and needing some real life examples of what life might be like.  Overall this was an excellent book!

Review of Rebellious Heart

Rebellious Heart

I so enjoyed this story and especially the two main characters of Susanna and Ben!  The author did an excellent job of making them have character and heart.  Susanna is written as a strong woman with determination.  The character of Ben is also written very well.  You cheer for him as he struggles with his priorities and making a living for himself.  When the two of them begin working together for a cause the conversations and interactions between them are excellent and such fun to read.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian fiction and stories with strong female characters.  I loved the book and look forward to reading it again!

Review of Heartland Weddings

Heartland Weddings: Two Contempoary Romances Under One Cover

Wow!  These are great stories!  Both have real to life plots and are also long enough that you get to know and like the characters.  The first story was good and will keep you entertained but the second story was the best!  The woman character in the second story is dealing with the day to day issues of having a disabled child.  I like how the author made this part of the story real to life!  A lot of books just gloss over an issue but the author goes all in on the tasks and complications having a disabled person in the family can cause.  It could have turned out to be a very dramatic story but it actually is enjoyable and heartwarming!  I gave this book 5/5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys modern day Christian stories and romances.

Review of Golden State Brides

Golden State Brides: Two Historical Romances Under One Cover

I only gave this book 4/5 stars.  I did like both stories but the first one was not as entertaining as the second.  Both stories have likable characters and are well written.  The first story just seemed like every other story I have read lately.  A woman works to show just how independent she is all the while falling for the man she is trying to impress.  The second story had more of a realistic main character in Meghan.  She is likable and you can’t help but cheer for her as she seeks a job and develops relationships.  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys shorter stories that have quickly developing plots.

Review of A Home for My Heart

A Home for My Heart

The author of this book, Anne Mateer, has only written a few books but she definitely has a career in Christian fiction! This is an excellent story that is well written and very entertaining.  The story follows a woman, Sadie, who helps at an orphanage and is given an opportunity to move from assistant to the person who runs the home.  The change in her job brings about positive and negative emotions for her.  There are also complications with finances and a romance!  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I would recommend this book to anyone who liked stories with lovable children and characters that face personal conflicts while trying to rely on the Lord for answers.

Review of The Courting Campaign

The Courting Campaign by Regina Scott

The plot of this story is typical for the style of book, a nanny and her boss fall in love.  This book differs however, in that the characters are written with likable personalities and the conversations are exceptional.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  The best part of the book was the setting.  I thought the author did an excellent job of describing the time period and locations.  You definitely felt like you were sitting right there with them.  I also really enjoyed the minor characters.  They played just as much a part in the story as the two main characters did!  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys romances set in the Regency time period.  This Christian fiction book really captures the time period and is also a really cute story.

Review of A Woman's Guide to Hearing God's Voice

My description of this book would read “A humble author writing to women everywhere with simple advice on how to listen to the Lord.”  This book is a must read for all Christian women.   The advice is simple and in no way condemning or negative.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I enjoyed reading the book and learned from its pages.  I would recommend this book as a great Bible study book and excellent for personal devotions.  I would also say that if you are looking for a book that will direct you to the Lord and that gives easy to follow advice on how to grow spiritually, this is the book!

Review of The Shepherd

This is not a very long story but it has great entertainment packed into its pages.  I liked the adventure aspect of the book and thought it was well written to keep you guessing.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  Maybe it was because it was written years ago but I did not connect very well with the writing style.  It is a feel good story for around Christmas time and I would recommend the book to anyone looking for a short but entertaining book!

Review of Reality Ends Here

I enjoyed this book and found the story to be entertaining.  That said the story did get tedious sometimes and made it hard for me to finish it.  I liked the idea of the book and started reading it expecting to not want to put it down.  I was disappointed but did finish it and found that if you just push through the boring parts it is actually a pretty good story.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  If you are looking for a story that will draw you in and make you want to cheer for the main character this book will do just fine.  I would recommend the book to anyone who enjoys teen stories and stories about reality shows.  I would not recommend this book to someone who wants a book that will entertain them from cover to cover.

Review of What the Bible Reveals About Heaven

What the Bible Reveals About Heaven Real Answers from Heaven's Most Reliable Source -
        By: Daniel A. Brown Ph.D.

The description states that this book will show you what the Bible says about heaven.  I found the book to be informative but do not think it reached its potential.  There were multiple personal stories from the author with many thought provoking quotes.  I thought the author did a good job of directing you to the Bible for answers but I did not find all the information in this book I was hoping for.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  I would recommend this book for anyone wanting a personal view of what someone thinks heaven is like.  I learned some from this book but do not see myself reading it again.

Review of Farmer Bride Collection

Farmer's Bride Collection: 6 Romances Spring from Hearts, Home, and Harvest

This collection of stories is entertaining and well written.  Because there are multiple stories it is a thick book!  I liked the variety of authors as it gives you an idea of their individual writing styles.  I am sure you will find one or more authors you like and will want to look up and read more of their books.  These particular stories are historical Christian fiction.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  I liked the stories but thought that some of them could have had more likable characters.  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys historical fiction and I would definitely read it again!

Review of Help Me To Stay

The advice offered in Help Me To Stay is Biblically based and simply written.  You will find the author’s writing style to be open and non-judgmental.  If you are going through a difficult time in your marriage this is an excellent book to read.  The book is around one hundred pages and therefore is a quick read.  I liked how the author used a mix of personal stories and Biblical examples to reiterate the principles she was explaining.  My favorite part was how honest the author was when describing her own marriage and the issues she dealt with.  I gave this book 5/5 stars as I felt it was filled with excellent tips on saving your relationship!  I would recommend this book as a guide for any woman going through a difficult time in their marriage.

Review of Home To Montana

Home to Montana

I really enjoyed how the author wrote this developing romance.  The characters were unique in that they both have issues from their past they were dealing with.  How she writes their conversations and inner thoughts is very entertaining.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I liked how quickly the story moved and how you grow to like the characters.  I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick romance that deals with real issues in an entertaining way.

Review of A Wedding For Julia

A Wedding for Julia, Pebble Creek Amish Series #3

This is book three in this series called Pebble Creek Amish.  The other two books are A Promise for Miriam and A Home for Lydia.  You do not have to read the other books in the series to enjoy this one but I would recommend doing so.  This book follows Julia and Caleb as they come together during a difficult time.  Will she accept his help and will he be glad he offered?  The town and its people play an important part in this book and help make the story more enjoyable.  I liked the characters and thought the writer did very well at making them interesting people.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys Christian Amish Fiction.

Review of Once Upon A Prince

Once Upon a Prince, Royal Wedding Series #1 -
        By: Rachel Hauck

I would describe this story as a modern day style romance.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  Although the story itself was a little boring the characters made the story entertaining.  The main character of Susanna was written very well and you could see her change over the course of the story.  The male lead was Nathaniel and he was also written as a changing character.  Overall the story may have been a typical story of poor girl rich boy but I did enjoy it and would read it again.  I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a modern yet clean romance.

Review of Plain Admirer

Plain Admirer -
        By: Patricia Davids

I enjoyed reading this book and gave it a 4/5 star rating.  I liked the independence of the main female character, Joann.  The way she speaks to others and especially to the other main character, Roman, makes her likeable.  She comes across as intelligent and therefore you want to cheer for her to succeed.  Roman was not as likeable but did help make the story entertaining.  My favorite part of the book was the letter writing.  You don’t see that in many books anymore and it really added to the story!  I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian Amish fiction and especially if you like a quick easy read!

Review of A Brighter Witness

A Brighter Witness: Conversations on the Christian and the Arts

This book is short and very easy to read.  It is a collection of essays written by a former conductor for a college symphony.  The majority of essays are short yet informative.  Some of the essays are interesting and some were a bit tedious.  Overall the writing style was easy to read and made this short book a breeze to finish.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I liked the authors’ viewpoint on issues as he recounted personal experiences.  I would recommend this book to anyone interested in music and how it can be an influence in you Christian walk with the Lord.

Review of Love In Bloom

Love In Bloom -
        By: Arlene James

I really liked how the author wrote the relationship between the two main characters, Lily and Tate.  It takes time for them to come together and that makes this story entertaining.  It also helps you get to know and like them so that by the end you are cheering for them to get together.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I liked the plot, setting and characters!  Another great Love Inspired book and I can’t wait to read more in this particular series, The Heart of Main Street!

Review of His Word In My Heart

His Word in My Heart by Janet Pope

I would love to meet this author in person.  She comes across as such a spiritual and humble person!  If that is what memorizing scripture does to a person then we should all get busy!  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  I thought the advice was practical and the personal examples informative.  You will come away with a better understanding of why we should memorize scripture and a simple way to start.  I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in scripture and how it can benefit them as a Christian.

Review of Miner's Lady

The Miner's Lady by Tracie Peterson

This is book three in this series by Tracie Peterson.  The other titles included are The Icecutter’s Daughter and The Quarryman’s Bride.  You do not have to read the others in the series to enjoy this one!  I really did like this book and gave it 5/5 stars.  The basic story is typical, two families fighting and somehow their children fall in love.  Even though you have read that storyline before this particular story has enough twists and turns that you will definitely enjoy it!  I liked how the main woman character starts by just wanting to help her sister and ends up getting into a situation herself!  Of the three in this series this one was my favorite!

Review of The Quarryman's Bride

The Quarryman's Bride by Tracie Peterson

This is book two in this series by Tracie Peterson.  The first book is The Icecutter’s Daughter and the third is The Miner’s Lady.  This is not one of my favorite by this author.  The characters are interesting but not intriguing.  I found the story line a bit unbelievable at times.  Who is engaged and then leaves with their family anyway!  I just don’t see that from a young person.  Once you get past the basic story though and follow the different events the story does get better.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  I do think you will enjoy the book I just don’t see reading the book a second time!

Review of The Icecutter's Daughter

The Icecutter's Daughter by Tracie Peterson

This is another enjoyable book by Tracie Peterson!  This book will grab your attention from the beginning.  The characters are likable and you will cheer for most of them.  The two main characters of Merrill and Rurik are written well especially when they are conversing with each other.  I thought they were well developed and I could actually see them be together.  I gave this book 5/5 stars.  The book held my attention and the story was entertaining.  If you enjoy Christian historical fiction books you will enjoy this one!  This particular book is book one in the series Land of Shining Water.  The other two books are Quarryman’s Bride and Miner’s Lady.

Review of Jesus Was A Country Boy

Jesus Was a Country Boy by Clay Walker

The author is not ashamed to tell you what he thinks about life and religion which he does by using stories from his life.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  Although I do not think the author meant to come across a certain way, as I read the book I really felt like he was on a soap box talking down about everyone else.  Some of the stories were funny and some were heartwarming but overall it was just another book by a famous person trying to seem like a “normal’ person.  I felt like this book could have been a letter to his fans about his thoughts on things.  I do think anyone who is interested in the author as a person not just an entertainer will enjoy this book.  I thought the message of who the author thought the Lord was got lost in his sarcasm.  Overall I enjoyed the book but would not read it again!

Review of Yellowstone Memories

Yellowstone Memories: Wyoming Yellowstone National Park -
        By: Jennifer Spinola

This is a collection of four stories that all take place in the same location.  This author does very well at making the characters likable even though the stories are short.  I thought the romances were believable.  All the stories were entertaining but I especially enjoyed the last one.  I thought the characters were so well written that the author should start a series just about them.  It would make a good Christian adventure series.  Overall the stories were enjoyable and easy to read.  I would recommend this book for anyone who enjoys short Christian fiction stories with enjoyable characters.

Review of A Woman's Guide to Reading the Bible

A Woman's Guide to Reading the Bible in a Year: A Life-Changing Journey Into the Heart of God -
        By: Diane Stortz

I thought this book would have a little more meat to it!  It is a decent book but not one of the best for understanding the Bible.  It divides the Bible up into passages to read so you can read the Bible through in a year.  I gave this book 4/5 stars.  I liked that the book was geared towards women.  I did however think that it could have used more substance.  I would recommend this book for any woman who has not read through the Bible before.  You will find the plan easy to follow and the author’s guidance will make it easier to understand.
