This is not the best self help book I have read but it does
have some valid points. I gave this book
4/5 stars. I liked that the author was
up front about her goal in writing the book and really seemed to want to help
people. At times the information felt
like it was just repeating over and over.
Other times though there were some easy steps to follow and helpful
advice. I would recommend this book for
someone looking to better their awareness of themselves and how they treat and
are treated by others.
I would like to thank the publisher for the copy of this
book I enjoyed reading. I gave an honest
review based on my opinion of what I read.
